However, it really stands out to me that, despite not being a "welcomer", you're still always helping others find their feet here. I so often see nice messages from you on new editors' talk pages - whether it's a personal response to a greeting or Help Team post, an informative and supportive note from NAB, or a template to help new folks get the hang of a new task or tool, your messages have a positive impact on the recipients and on our community as a whole.
